Getting started

What can I do with Network Bank?

Network Bank is a full service financial solution for individuals and businesses. The Bank helps you hold balances, move money, and spend. You can deposit or receive funds, withdraw or send, convert currencies, trade supported assets, and use a card for everyday purchases. Run your business, run your personal life, run both on Network.

How do I get started?

Create your account, complete identity verification and onboarding, then add a funding method or receive deposit instructions. Once your available balance shows funds, you can withdraw, send, convert, trade, or spend with a card if that feature is enabled for you.

What is the difference between an individual and a business account?

An individual account is for personal use and requires government ID and related personal details. A business account is for a company and requires company information, ownership details, and supporting documents as well as identity checks for authorized persons. Certain features such as business-to-business payments, merchant checkouts, or specialized foreign currency accounts may only appear on business accounts.

Why don’t I see a specific bank or payment brand when I send or deposit?

Network Bank shows the method in plain language—for example bank transfer, domestic wire, or stablecoin. We route each transfer through the right partner automatically so you do not have to pick a brand or technical rail. The final recipient and their institution, wallet or custodian is all we need to identify best routing.

What do Processing and Confirmed mean in my activity?

Processing means your transfer is underway and not finished yet. Confirmed means it has completed. A credit can appear as pending in your activity before it becomes available to spend, withdraw, or send.

Identity verification

How do I complete identity verification?

Open the verification step in the app and follow the on-screen prompts. You will typically provide personal details, a government-issued photo ID, and a selfie or short video. Submit clear images and answer any follow-up questions so we can finish reviewing your account.

Why do I need to verify my identity?

Identity verification is required to meet legal requirements for our financial services and those of our key partners.

My status has been “Verifying” for a long time. What should I do?

Reviews can take a little while, especially if more information is needed. Refresh the app, check your email and in-app messages for follow-up questions, and complete any requested steps. If nothing changes after a reasonable wait, contact Network Bank support with the email on your account—do not create a second account, as duplicate verification attempts will be rejected.

Will you email me if you need more information?

Yes. If we need another document, a clearer photo, or answers to follow-up questions, we typically notify you by email and in the app. Check spam or promotions folders, then return to verification and finish the outstanding steps.

I was asked to resubmit my documents. What should I fix?

Use a current, unexpired government ID. Capture the full document with all four corners visible, avoid glare and shadows, and make sure the name matches your account. If a selfie or liveness check is required, follow the on-screen lighting and framing guidance and try again in a well-lit room.

What makes a good ID photo?

Place the ID on a flat, contrasting surface. Fill the frame with the document, keep text sharp and readable, and turn off flash if it creates glare. Do not crop edges, cover holograms with fingers, or submit a photo of a screen or photocopy when an original is required. If you have issues try to find a stronger source of light, or to attempt on your device with the highest quality camera (often mobile phones have better cameras than computers).

The app cannot access my camera or the verification screen will not load. What can I try?

Allow camera and microphone permissions for the browser or app, then reload. Try a current version of Chrome or Safari, disable aggressive ad blockers for this site, and switch to another device if needed. On mobile, close other apps that may be using the camera, then restart verification.

My verification was unsuccessful. Can I try again?

If the app offers a retry, update your details or documents and submit again. If verification is closed or you are told to contact support, reach out to Network Bank support—do not keep submitting from a new account. Support will tell you the next step for your case.

Why am I being asked for a Social Security number or tax residency details?

We need tax identification and residency information to complete onboarding and meet regulatory requirements. Enter the information carefully so it matches your official records. If a field looks wrong after you submit, contact support rather than opening a duplicate account.

Why does my business account need more documents than a personal account?

Business onboarding usually includes company registration details, ownership or control information, and supporting documents in addition to identity checks for authorized individuals. Upload clear, complete files when prompted. Incomplete company information is a common reason business verification stays in review state or may be rejected.

Can I use Network Bank while verification is still in progress?

Unless you’ve signed in using your government account, no Bank features are accessible until the Bank verification finishes. Use only of government account sign in may allow certain limited features such as digital asset wallets, global payment card, but your usability will be restricted until your verification is completed and approved.

Someone asked me to share my verification codes or screen. Is that normal?

No. Network Bank will never ask you to share one-time passcodes, full ID images outside the official verification flow, or remote control of your device. Complete verification only inside the Network Bank app or the secure screens we open for you. If something feels off, stop and contact support.

Balances and availability

What is the difference between pending and available balance?

Pending means funds are recognized but not yet ready to use. Available balance is what you can spend, withdraw, send, convert, or trade. Always wait until funds show as available before trying to use those funds towards another transaction.

When will my deposit become available?

Timing depends on the method. Bank transfers and wires can take longer than on-chain transfers. Your activity will move from Processing toward Confirmed, and the amount will move from pending to available when clearing finishes. Refresh your balances if the status has just updated.

Why did my send, withdraw, trade, or card purchase fail for insufficient funds?

Those actions use available balance only. Pending credits do not count. Fees can also reduce what you can use. Wait for pending amounts to become available, or add funds, then try again.

Why do I see more than one balance or currency?

Your account may hold different assets or currencies—for example USD and a stablecoin, or balances used for trading versus everyday spending. Each balance has its own available amount. Convert or transfer between them when the app offers that action.

Where can I see fees before I confirm a transfer?

Before you confirm a deposit setup, send, withdraw, convert, or trade, the app should show the method and any fees or rates that apply. Review that summary carefully. Final timing and fees can vary by method and destination.

Bank deposits and receives

How do I deposit money from my other bank?

In the app, choose Deposit and follow the instructions for your method (for example ACH bank transfer or wire). Use the exact account details and reference we show. Sending from an account in your own name helps avoid delays. Do not invent payment details from old emails—always copy the current instructions in the app.

What is the difference between ACH and wire?

ACH is a common U.S. bank transfer that often takes longer to settle. A domestic wire is typically faster and may have a higher fee. International wires (such as SWIFT) may be available only when enabled for your account. Choose the method shown for your deposit and follow its cutoffs and fees.

Can I deposit with an international wire?

If international wire is enabled for your account, Deposit will show the required bank details and any intermediary information. If you do not see that option, it is not available yet—use another shown method or contact support. Incomplete or incorrect wire details are a common reason funds are delayed or returned.

What is the difference between a deposit I send and money someone else sends me?

A deposit is money you send from your own bank or wallet into Network Bank. A receive is money sent by someone else to instructions you share. Both can appear in activity, but they may follow different review rules. Always use the correct flow in the app so references and screening match the transfer.

How do I receive money from someone else?

Open Receive (or the equivalent), generate or view the instructions for the method you want, and share only those details with the sender. Ask them to include any reference we display. Do not reuse expired instructions. You will see the transfer as Processing until it is Confirmed and available.

Why do I need to link a bank before some deposits or withdrawals?

Some corridors and local bank methods require a linked bank account before you can deposit or withdraw. Complete the link and any verification steps in the app first. Until the bank is linked and approved, those methods stay unavailable.

How do I withdraw to my other bank?

Choose Withdraw, select a bank method, enter an amount within your available balance, and confirm the destination details. Withdrawals that leave before pending funds clear will fail. Processing time depends on the bank method you choose.

I sent a bank transfer without the reference or to the wrong details. What happens?

Missing references or mismatched account details can delay matching or cause a return to the sending bank. Incorrect information may result in lost funds, and while we cannot guarantee return of funds, we will attempt recovery as soon as you notify us of such an issue. Contact Network Bank support with the date, amount, and sending bank information. Avoid sending a second transfer until support confirms what to do.

Digital asset deposits and withdrawals

How do digital asset or stablecoin deposits work?

When the app offers a digital asset or stablecoin deposit, it shows a deposit address and network. Send only the supported asset on the exact network listed. Sending the wrong asset or network can result in lost funds. After the network confirms the transfer, the credit may stay pending briefly before it becomes available.

Where do I find my digital asset deposit address?

Open Deposit, choose the digital asset or stablecoin method, and copy the address and network shown in the app. Addresses can be specific to an asset and network—always confirm details from the app before each transfer.

What if I sent digital assets on the wrong network?

Wrong-network or unsupported-asset transfers often cannot be recovered. Contact support immediately with the transaction ID, asset, and network you used. Prevention is best: always match the asset and network shown in the app before you send.

How do I withdraw digital assets?

Choose Withdraw, select the asset and network, enter a destination address you control, and confirm using any security checks the app requires (such as a one-time code). Withdrawals need available balance and a correctly formatted address for that network.

My digital asset deposit shows in activity but I still cannot trade or withdraw. Why?

On-chain transfers need network confirmations, and Network Bank may keep the credit pending until checks finish. Trading and withdrawals use available balance only. Wait until the amount moves to available, then try again.

Send and convert

How do I send money to someone else?

Choose Send, pick a saved payee or enter new destination details, select a method, review fees and timing, then confirm. Sends use available balance. Some destinations require screening or extra details before they can be used.

Can I send money internationally?

If international methods are enabled for your account, Send will show eligible corridors and currencies. You may need a linked bank, beneficiary details, or additional verification first. Review the rate, fees, and estimated timing before you confirm.

How does Convert work?

Convert exchanges one supported balance for another at the rate shown before you confirm. You need enough available balance in the source asset. After confirmation, balances update when the conversion completes.

Why can’t I send right after a deposit?

New credits often remain pending until they clear. Send and withdraw need available funds. Wait until the deposit is available, then send. This protects you and helps prevent failed transfers.

What is the address book or saved payees list?

Saved payees let you reuse trusted destinations for send or withdraw. New payees may be reviewed before their first transfer. Keep details accurate—wrong account numbers or digital asset addresses can send funds to the wrong place.

Trade

How does trading work?

If trading is enabled, you can place orders to buy or sell supported assets using your available balance. Review the pair, amount, and any estimated proceeds before you confirm. Filled trades update your balances when they complete.

Why was my trade rejected?

Trades require available balance in the asset you are selling or using as payment. Pending deposits do not count. Insufficient available funds, market interruptions, or unsupported pairs can also block an order. Check balances and try again when funds are available.

Where can I see my trade history?

Open Activity or the trading history view in the app to see orders and fills. Each entry should show the pair, side, amount, and status. Contact support if a fill is missing after a long delay with a confirmed order.

Cards and spending

How do I get a virtual card?

After identity verification, open Cards and request a virtual card if the feature is available. Once issued, you can view card details securely in the app and use the card wherever that card network is accepted, subject to your available spendable balance and any limits.

Can I order a physical card?

If physical cards are offered for your account, confirm the shipping address in the app before ordering. A physical card is a new card with its own number—it does not convert your existing virtual card into plastic. Track status in the app or with support if shipping is delayed.

Is my card balance the same as a bank deposit?

Card spending uses your spendable balance in Network Bank—the available funds authorized for purchases. It is not a separate traditional bank deposit account. Load or keep available funds in your account before you spend. Pending credits are not spendable on the card.

Why was my card declined?

Common reasons include not enough available balance (including fees), a frozen card, merchant or region restrictions, or security checks. Confirm your available balance, unfreeze the card if you froze it, and try again. If declines continue with enough balance, contact support.

Do card purchases have extra fees abroad?

Some international or foreign-currency purchases may include additional fees. Those fees count against your available balance at authorization. If the purchase amount plus fees exceed what you have available, the purchase can decline even when the item price alone looks affordable.

When will a card refund or reversed purchase show up?

Refunds and reversals appear in activity after the merchant and card network process them. Timing varies. The credit should increase your available balance once it is posted. If a refund is late relative to the merchant’s confirmation, contact support with the merchant name, amount, and approximate date.

How do I freeze or unfreeze my card?

Open Cards, select the card, and use Freeze to block new purchases immediately. Unfreeze when you are ready to spend again. Freezing does not cancel the card. If you suspect fraud, freeze first, then contact support.

Where do I see card purchases?

Card activity appears in your transaction history with the merchant name and amount. Authorizations, clearing, refunds, and declines may show as separate updates. Use that history when talking to support about a specific purchase.

Business payments

What can a business account do that is different?

Business accounts can support company onboarding, business wallets, and—when enabled—mass payments to businesses or individuals. Individual consumer features may differ. Your admin should complete business verification before relying on payment features.

How do mass business payments work?

When enabled, you can upload a list of payees and remit payments in bulk using available balance in your business wallet. Confirm the recipient details carefully. Payments can be delayed if funds are still pending or if screening needs more time.

What is a payment request?

A payment request lets your business ask another party to pay a stated amount. Create and track requests in the app. Payment still depends on the payer completing the transfer and on available funds and any reviews that apply.

Why is my business payment taking longer than usual?

Business transfers may undergo additional review. Stay in Processing until review finishes. Make sure deposit funds are available before sending. If a payment stays Processing far longer than the estimate shown, contact support with the payment reference.

Security and controls

How do I keep my account secure?

Use a unique password, enable any available two-factor authentication, and never share one-time codes. Sign in only through official Network Bank channels. Freeze your card if it is missing, and review activity regularly for unrecognized transfers.

I see a transfer or purchase I do not recognize. What should I do?

Freeze any card involved, change your password, and contact Network Bank support right away with the date, amount, and description from activity. Do not approve unexpected prompts or share codes with anyone claiming to be support.

Why am I asked for extra confirmation on a new device?

Extra checks help protect your account when you sign in from a new device or location, or when you move money to a new destination. Complete the prompt in the app or email. If you did not initiate the action, contact support immediately.

Troubleshooting

How do I contact Network Bank support?

Use the in-app support option or the support email published in the app or on our official website. Include the email on your account, approximate time of the issue, and relevant amounts or merchant names. We will not ask for your password or full card number in email.

The app or site is not loading. What should I try?

Check your internet connection, reload the page, and try another browser or the mobile app if available. Clear a stuck session by signing out and back in. If an outage is ongoing, wait and retry; contact support if the problem continues with details about your device and browser.

I think I submitted the same transfer twice. What should I do?

Check Activity for two Processing or Confirmed items. If both appear, contact support quickly with times and amounts—do not keep retrying. If only one appears, the second attempt may have failed safely; confirm balances before sending again.

My bank transfer is delayed because the name does not match. What can I do?

Deposits and receives are smoother when the sending account name matches your Network Bank profile (or the expected business legal name). Contact support with proof of the transfer. Future transfers should use matching details and the current instructions from the app.

A feature I expect—like cards, trading, or international send—is missing. Why?

Features depend on your account type, country, verification status, and what is enabled for you. Finish identity verification and refresh the app. If a feature should be available and still does not appear, contact support.
